Here’s the scoop…

I think if you are visiting my blog you already know who I am. If not… My name is Alison. Im 28 and I live in Lawrence, Kansas with my brother, Steven and cat, Lola.

I got my English/Communications degree from the University of Kansas in 2007 and since then have been working in Lawrence. I currently work for an industry I could have never imagined myself in–fundraising for fraternity and sorority groups. To be honest, in college I was fairly anti-greek. Turns out I actually love my job and couldnt be happier. I get to write everyday, talk to interesting people from all over, and the company is a wonderful place to work.

Im not sure just how long I am planning on staying in Lawrence…I love it here and want to stay at P&C (my company) for as long as I can, so whats the point in moving?

At this point in my life I feel like I have some of the best friends anyone could ask for.

I love the color green, sleeping in, watching movies while cuddling with Lola, making people laugh, wrapping presents, giving gifts, watching college football/basketball, and many, many other things.
